About the business
Soumah is an award wining winery located in the middle of the Yarra Valley focussed on great Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Nothern Italian varieties.
About the role
You will be Head Chef leading the kitchen team but playing an important leadership role as one of the senior colleagues in our business. Responsibilities will be great quality Northern Italian food while controlling costs and ensuring hygiene. We will require you to live within 30 minutes of our business.

Skills and experience
Having been a head chef for at least 6-7 years you will demonstrate a stable resume showing an ability to work in a business for a number of years. Good knowledge of Italian food will be important.
