This corporate agency is experiencing phenomenal growth and are therefore looking for their next superstar consultant. They’re looking for someone who is really sales driven to succeed and grow their career and not only reach their targets but exceed them. Whilst the system knowledge is important in this role your ability to provide exceptional customer service is going to be your key to success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Act as the point of contact for your allocated corporate accounts
- Booking domestic/international travel packages around business needs and contracts; flights, accommodation and all other land arrangements
- Responding to client enquires via phone and email within agreed contracted times
- Answer simultaneous customer enquires promptly, competently and professionally
- Maximise sales opportunities by providing quality service with specialist knowledge

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- A love of the travel industry
- A real sales drive to exceed set targets
- 1-2 years corporate or retail travel consulting experience
- Client focused
- GDS experience - Sabre preferred
