Our expanding brand is opening a new funky, elegantly casual venue “Vito’s Cucina & Bar” located in the upmarket suburb of Ascot. Set to open it’s doors on the 31st July, we are currently seeking exceptional, experienced chefs to join us!
Modern with an authentic Italian twist, our finely executed casual dining menu is available 7 days and 2 nights a week, embracing tastes from all regions of the Bel Paese! Using the finest, top quality ingredients to provide an experience of the healthiest and tastiest cuisine in the world..... “Mediterranean - Italian Style”!
Be part of a team of 4 chefs to run our new, fully equipped busy kitchen. You will be right in the heart of it, working in a fun, vibrant but hard-working team not only in the kitchen but along side great front of house staff and baristas.
You will …..
• be trade qualified
• have experience in a busy breakfast cafe environment
• have Italian cuisine knowledge (this would be a bonus)
• be effective and efficient in running the kitchen in line with company standards (these are pretty high!)
• have great attention to detail
• maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times
• be reliable, punctual and well presented
• be looking for balance from your roster
• be a team player and willing to contribute to a fun work culture
• be looking for a long-term commitment
• work for Operators who value the worth of their staff
