Laurent Bakery Group is an Australian owned and operated premium food business encompassing the manufacture of French/European style breads, cakes, pastries, savouries, confectionery and other food products.
In order to maintain our exceptional service standards, we are seeking a Cafe Manager for our Toorak Store who has a strong hospitality background and is experienced in a fast-paced food service environment. There are up on 60 covers in the store with up on 5-6 staff per shift. The store opens at 6am with doors opening to the public at 7am and closing to public at 6pm with store closing between 7pm/7.30pm. Roster is agreed fortnightly by management.
The right candidate will:
- Possess a love of exceptional coffee and have a minimum 2 year experience in similar role.
- Possess strong leadership and management skills.
- Be hard working and driven.
- Possess a strong focus and passion for customer service.
- Display a proven interest in the retail/ restaurant industry with the intention for career development.
- Be immaculately presented and display strong communication skills.
