Are you a passionate, experienced and committed hospitality professional?
At Twisted Sista, we are passionate about putting a twist on life's simple pleasures. We have 5 stores across Melbourne with 2 more on the way.
Our newest cafe will be opening soon in Pakenham & we are currently seeking experienced Baristas to create that special magic for our customers.
About you:
- Previous experience in high volume & consistently high quality coffee (40kg+ per week)
- Well presented, approachable & able to build rapport with customers
- Maintain a clean & tidy work station
- Keen to make a difference
About the role:
We have full and part time positions available on a 7 day rotating roster.
Duties will include:
- Making and serving coffees & hot beverages (approx 40+kg/week)
- Serving customers
- Assisting in customer order preparation
- General cleaning and station maintenance
- Support the rest of the team stations - we are all one family!
Benefits:
You'll receive mentoring along the way from our very own franchise leadership group to give you support. As part of your training, you'll attend coffee training at Griffiths Coffee.
Salary ranges from $18 - $25 per hour.
