Wyndham Resort Torquay, located only a short drive to the world renowned Bells and Jan Juc beaches, is currently looking for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team and provide efficient and effective food and beverage delivery to our owners and guests.
The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for an aspiring food and beverage professional who wants to manage their own bar and take the first step in a journey of growth and development. Reporting to the General Manager this role offers the successful candidate a great opportunity to gain experience working behind a bar and gives an up and coming restaurateur the opportunity to be creative and learn in a friendly and caring environment.
What are we looking for:
To be considered for this great opportunity it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a café or bar
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Ability to follow health and food safety procedures
- Maximising revenue and ensuring cost controls are adhered to
- Deliver amazing customer service in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
