We are currently looking for an energetic person with sound knowledge of Housekeeping standards to work in one of our client’s site at St. Kilda East. You must have excellent communication and organising skills with an eye for detail, and a passion to drive a team while maintaining the quality standards expected by the client. While you are reporting directly to the Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will also get directives from the client to fulfil cleaning requirements daily. Your primary responsibilities would be to guide and direct a team of Room Attendants in getting the guest rooms cleaned within the agreed time frames and inspect those cleaned rooms to ascertain that the agreed standards have been met.
You will predominantly be employed on weekdays; however, you may be called for work on a weekend if the need arises
Previous experience in Housekeeping Supervision is a must and knowledge in working with RMS software is considered favourably. If successful, you will be provided with full training and commensurate on par with applicable industry award.
