RACV Goldfields Resort is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated hospitality professional to oversee and co-ordinate operations in our Food and Beverage department. As a seasoned professional in hospitality you will bring a range of skills and food and beverage knowledge to add depth and strengthen the current team.

 

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervision across multiple departments (Conference and Events, Restaurant and Golfers Lounge Café),
  • Leading by example and communicating to the team effectively for the smooth running of the department
  • Ensuring exceptional service is delivered to our guests and members
  • Contributing to business growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Ensuring effective staff utilisation by assisting in roster preparation and management
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of all standard operating procedures  
  • Managing difficult situations including customer complaints
  • Performing specialised service methods and support the training of Food and Beverage Attendants
  • Liaising between management, kitchens, bar and staff to prevent service issues arising
  • Complying with and ensuring staff adhere to correct OH&S policies and procedures

 

To be successful for this role, you must have the availability and flexibility to work a range of hours including morning, afternoon and evening shifts and have the ability to work and supervise effectively in a high pressure environment.

 

You will be customer-service orientated, have a positive attitude, be very well presented and most importantly be motivated to deliver a high level of friendly service to RACV's members and guests.
