Atlas People are seeking a Chef de Partie and Sous chef for country pub in regional QLD. Want to get paid for every hour you work ? Then look this way! Working penalty rate hours to make the $$. Days off can be spent at the Lakes Fishing and Boating or taking a nice walk around the Bushland.
Job Description
- Working alongside a Kitchen hand Catering for 140+ clients
- 2-4 week contract with the option to extend and other on going work
- Combination of Lunch and Dinner Shifts
- Good quality pub style Food with a smile ( is a must)
About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
The Successful applicant will be a creative chef who will receive complimentary:
- Transport to and from the venue
- Suitable single accommodation
- Meals on Shift
- Competitive Hourly rate for hour you work including public holiday and weekend rates
