This is an opportunity for a customer service professional to join our Marketing Department and lead our VIP Host team, supporting them to exceed in the delivery of service excellence to our guests and VIP's.
The key responsibilities include:
- Providing the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs.
- Resolves guest complaints within the scope of your authority; referring matters where appropriate.
- Provide day to day supervision of the VIP services desk including; reporting, roster development, interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Assist in executing events and promotions to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Training and on-going mentoring will be provided.
To be successful in obtaining this position, you will possess the following skills & attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high level customer service.
- Good communication skills, to express information, thoughts and ideas in a clear and appropriate manner.
- Exceptional grooming standards.
- At least one year Casino working experience.
- Ability to remain effective under pressure whilst managing competing priorities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs.
- Previous experience in a Casino environment would be highly regarded.
- A second foreign language is desirable, though not necessary for employment.
This is a permanent full time role which includes working a range of shifts including day/night shifts, public holidays, and weekends
