As the only casino operator in Western Australia, the action never stops at Crown Perth! Our gaming department is currently searching for passionate customer service professionals to join the highly sought-after role of Dealer.

Crown Perth has been nationally recognised for its investment in training and development. As we provide full time paid training, we are committed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in becoming a Dealer. In this position, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable and positive experience to our customers each and every time.

Full time training will run from the 1st October – 10th November

Successful completion of the training will lead to a position as a Part Time Dealer on a permanent night shift roster. Part Time hours will be between 96 to 152 hours per 4 week cycle.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to work a 24/7 roster
  • Commitment to full time training from 1st October – 10th November, including days and overnight training
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers on all different levels
  • Sound experience in customer service orientated roles
  • Integrity and reliability and to be seen as a direct, truthful individual
  • Ability to adapt and show resilience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to perform quick and accurate mental math calculations
  • Tolerance of areas containing varying noise levels, illumination and crowds

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application and have working rights in Australia.

Successful candidates will be required to provide a National Police Clearance, obtain a Casino License from the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
