We are looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join our prestigious, One Hat restaurant in Melbourne. The successful applicant will join us in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
The role will involve, but is not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and presenting a professional and friendly first point of contact for our customers
- Responding to general enquiry emails
- Reservations coordination for a la carte and group bookings
- Converting enquiries to bookings, performing site visits & organisation of both a la carte and group bookings
- Administrative support for the Marketing Office
- Administrative support to the Management team and Kitchen team
To be our next Reservations & Events Coordinator you will need to have:
- Experience in a similar role and/or the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An excellent phone manner
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Time management skills
- High level computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Experience using ResPAK and InDesign favourable but not essential
