About the business
As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of cleaning and general butler duties. Your focus is to ensure the highest of standards are maintained and you will lead from the front as a supervisor.
About the role
Duties:
- General Cleaning of house to ensure the utmost of standards are maintained
- Cleaning bedrooms to ensure beds are made, bathrooms are cleaned and wardrobe management
- General vacuuming, mopping and polishing is required
- Manage contractors working on site
- Polishing silver
- Prepare rooms for meetings, and arrange furniture for family or business functions and events
- As required set up and serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner for family and events
- Serve tea and coffee as required
- Answer house telephones and doorbells
- As required purchase and order groceries and household supplies
- Packing and unpacking luggage for family trips
The ideal candidate will possess :
- Experience in a 5 star luxury hotel/ resort and/or private home
- Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- National police check
