About the business and the role
We are a multi venue hospitality company with a large tavern style venue in Perth's Northern Beaches. The venue is a 7 day operation and is the busiest in the district.
The Head Chef will be responsible for kitchen rosters and wage costs, cleanliness, running service, team training and cost controls, menu design and daily specials.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Your approach to food should be fun and show great value for money and passion.

Skills and experience
To be a successful applicant you will need to have;
- Great cost controls
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the industry
- A proven experience as Head Chef of a busy venue
- Be able to work effectively under pressure
- Strong and professional communication skills on all levels
- Great references
- Team building and coaching focus
- Can do outlook.
