We are looking for a qualified chef to join our kitchen brigade full time. Successful candidates will be responsible for running our Larder section.

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or higher
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Show sound cookery techniques and the ability to learn new ones
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have a positive, punctual and professional approach
  • Have experience dealing with food safety programs and OHS guidelines
  • Have a positive attitude with an enthusiastic personality and most importantly a passion for food and cookery
