Set apart in its own secluded hilltop woodland just east of Bowral in the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales, a five star hotel offering luxurious accommodation, fine cuisine and impeccable service is looking for a talented Executive Chef and Chef de Partie to join their team.
What’s on offer:
- $80-$90k salary for Executive Chef
- $50-$60k salary for Chef de Partie
- Staff meals, parking, uniform and hotel and F&B discounts

The Successful candidate will have:
- Certificate III minimum qualification
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
- Preferred experience in 5 star properties or fine dining restaurants
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Pastry/Breakfast experience an advantage
- High attention to detail
- Experience working under pressure and in a team environment
- Dedication to food excellence and a passion to produce exceptional results
- Own transport as there is no public transport available
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
