Our client in Northmead is seeking experienced Baristas to service there Food Van and Food trailer (On site trailer)

• Immediate Start SMITHFIELD NSW 2164
• Casual Part time  - Leading to permanent role
• Mon – Fri $26 Per hour
• Friendly and welcoming work environment
• Free Parking Available

Duties:

• Make and serve excellent coffee and tea beverages, as well as other food options
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Retail operations
• Scan of products/process payments/up selling
• Merchandise and maintain immaculate presentation of the van and products
• Meeting KPI's and sales targets
• Build rapport with customers

Must Have:

• Barista experience is a must (Minimum 6 months experience)
• Customer Service and Sales experience is required, but all candidates can be trained with the right attitude
• Must be currently living in Sydney
• Bubbly and energetic personality
• Creative - Able to think outside the box
• Must drive and have a car
• Must be reliable
• Able to work well unsupervised
• Great Attitude
• Manual drivers preferred but can be trained if you do not drive a manual
