Our client manages an Iconic and Award-winning hotel company with properties spread Australia-wide. We are now searching for an experienced management professional to take on the role as Hotel Manager who has prior practices of being a General Manager/Hotel Manager within Australia's leading and hotels/resorts. The role is based in Victoria.
One of your main responsibilities will be to ensure the impeccable and complete guest experience within the hotel and have an eager interest in sales & marketing.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 15 years hospitality management experience with 5 years as General Manager
- Proven track record of 2 years+ on positions
- Implementing best practices in F&B, sales & marketing as well Rooms division
- Strong operational background with "hands-on" attitude to daily operations
- Implement budgets, optimize revenues and manage costs
- "Driving" the business goals and brand awareness
- Great team player, motivator and natural leader
