Qualified Casual Chefs
Federici Bistro, attached to one of Melbourne’s most iconic theatres, is seeking casual qualified chefs to start immediately.
As part of the Marriner Group, the successful candidates will benefit from above award rates, terrific work/life balance and the ability to grow within the company.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate key competencies in the following areas:
- Preparation of restaurant quality food
- Assist with ordering and stock control
- Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety & cleanliness

- Work well in a team
