Our client is an independent Pub group operating several venues in Melbourne and is seeking two Bistro Managers to oversee their food service areas.
The venues are located in the Northern suburbs and have a great local clientele in their bistro and sportsbars, caterig for families and local community.
To be successful you will require the following skills:
- Food Management experience in a busy bistro / restaurant environment
- Skills in staff training and development
- A focus on exceptional customer service
- A"hands on" management style
- Available to work a weekly rotating roster
