Watermark Hotel and Spa Gold Coast is the first hotel globally to be re-branded as voco™ by IHG and we are looking for passionate Food & Beverage Attendants who are ready to take our hotel to new heights!

We are currently seeking guest focused hospitality professionals to join our Food and Beverage team in a number of casual roles across our Food & Beverage venues; Clifford’s Grill & Lounge our A la Carte restaurant and Waves Seafood Buffet Restaurant including our in room dining services.

All successful candidates must be positively motivated to provide exceptional customer service and will possess the following skills & attributes:

• Al a carte service experience
• Previous In room dining experience would be desirable
• Strong product knowledge in both food & beverage
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• The ability to work productively in a fast paced environment
• Organisational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure and must work well as part of a team
• A true passion for people, customer service and delivering a great guest experience
• A sense of pride in both their work and appearance
