About the business
O'Shea's Royal Hotel operates a Lunch and Dinner and Café menu style restaurant. We have a 60 Seat dining room as well as supporting a function room and General public bar area.
Our restaurant is open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner and breakfast on weekends with day and night time functions at any times.
About the role
You will be responsible for delivery of the menu and input into new opportunities and flavours. The highest standards are maintained at all times.
Our Chef will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of standard of food is delivered to O'Shea's Royal Hotel customers, while continuing to offer the excellent offering that has been established at the Hotel.
Skills and experience
- Preparation and cook of high standard with a minimum of 3yr experience
- Experience in the management of kitchens including
- Food ordering
- Stock rotation
- Staff Rooster of kitchen
- Superior appearance
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- High standard of customer services
- Knowledge of WHS and Hygiene and cleanliness standards (Food safety supervisor certificate)
