Located less than an hour south of Perth in Mandurah, Western Australia's metropolitan coastal getaway destination. This well known property offers a range of accommodation options from studio rooms to family apartments and a wide variety of leisure facilities including an indoor heated pool, spa & saunas etc
An opportunity has arisen for a very enthusiastic and experienced Hotel General Manager to manage the full hotel facilities and lead a very experienced team at this popular hotel complex.
This is a strata titled property and you will be reporting to the Strata owners.
As a Senior Manager:
- You will need to be an approachable leader with staff in all departments
- Have a solid understanding of the financial aspects of the business and be able to create annual income and expense budgets
- Have the ability to perform quality appraisals for key staff
- Be open and flexible to your role and previous exposure to body corporate/strata properties is desirable
- Have prior Hotel General Management experience for a minimum of 5+ years
- You must be committed and accessible after hours if required
On offer:
Remuneration of $80,000 + Super covering a 50 hour week.
Annual contract, minimum 6 months probation period with quarterly reviews.
