Restaurant and Function Supervisor
Wests Ashfield Leagues Club is seeking the services of an experienced and motivated Restaurant and Functions Supervisor. The successful applicant must possess the ability to lead a team of employees through a busy customer centric food and beverage environment, inclusive of a 300-seat restaurant which attracts a diverse group of patrons.
Working with the Food and Beverage Manager, the successful candidate will require the service expertise to co-ordinate a large team of employees through function and restaurant service, as well as organising and reporting back on the outcome of events held by the club. You must have a high degree of flexibility in availability to work varied hours across weekdays and weekends and be passionate about being a visible touch point for staff and members; working front of house and liaising with our customer base.
The F&B areas are undergoing change in fact it's a time of transformation. This role will enable you to make an impact creating an environment where customer service is an obsession, passion is certainly essential. If you enjoy fast paced exciting workplaces then this is a sensational opportunity.
