About the role
This is a full time position where you will be managing, leading and motivating our FOH team.
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Work closely with owners to meet revenue objectives
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
- Maintain safe and clean working conditions

Skills
- At least 2+ Years experience in the restaurant industry
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position within a similar fast paced restaurant
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and leadership skills
- Can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently
- Experience working with events will be highly regarded (birthdays, hens, engagement parties, etc.)
- Fun and vibrant personality!
