Royal Hotel Kalbar is located in the beautiful scenic rim only an hours drive from Brisbane. We are seeking someone to run our kitchen as a Head Chef.

Responsibilties of the role include stock control and ordering, producing high quality fresh food, maintaining a clean kitchen, temperature checks, stock control. Must be able to work in a team enviroment and direct other kitchen staff.
