We are looking for someone to manage the front of house staff within an iconic beachside venue where you will be working with a team of highly motivated people. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team in delivering consistent and exceptional customer service in a high pressure environment. 

• Managing up to 20 staff including, recruitment, training, rostering and performance management.
• Financial management and planning capabilities to deliver results and achieve set KPI'S.
• Adherence to and auditing of OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
• Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue whilst controlling costs.
• Planning and implementing of marketing and social media interaction.
• Ensure excellent standards of service, quality and cleanliness delivering a great customer experience. 
• Build rapport with customers and the local community.
