About the business
We are an Italian restaurant located on Rundle street, we are looking for an experienced cook/chef who can be a valuable addition to our kitchen team. A person who can perform well under pressure and produce consistent quality food every on daily basis.
About the role
Job tasks and responsibilities
Duties Include, but not limited to:
- Preparing foods/ingredients for different menu items
- Preparation of Dishes
- Food and stock maintenance
- Food storage and Record Keeping
- Estimating food requirements
- Training Others
- Menu planning
Skills and experience
To be considered for this role you should possess the following experience and skills;

- able to follow instruction
- Be experienced on working on the grill, deep fryer and pan
- Have experience in pizza
- Be available at both days at weekends
- Available for late nights on weekdays and weekends
- (closing time is 3 am or 4 am)
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Cook
- Have Australian work rights
