Blackdown Accommodation Services is a well established Facilities Manager in the Workforce Accommodation and Catering Sector.
About the role
We are seeking a Compliance Manager to work across our operations. The purpose of this role is to provide support to operations, ensuring consistent and effective processes and reporting requirements are met.
You will be communicating business needs and priorities to key stakeholders, highlighting areas for safety and efficiency improvements whilst working together to implement best practice.
Reporting to the Senior Management team, the Compliance Manager will be accountable for:
- Ensuring key reporting deadlines are met.
- Compliance - assessing task completions complies with Blackdown’s internal processes.;
- Providing support to the operations team to meet internal and external reporting requirements including our legal requirements and obligations regarding Safety and Training.
- Building and maintaining working relationships across the team to ensure effective application of Operational processes and systems.
- Collating information and preparing reports on key risk and compliance measures of success.
- Preparing and Management of our Safety systems and processes
About you
- You will be self-motivated and able to work independently; able to work under pressure, apply high attention to detail and consistently meet multiple deadlines.
- An ability to accept and drive accountability.
- Experience with ISO Quality Management Systems
- You will hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
- Proven ability to build, grow and manage relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in the Workforce Accommodation Sector an advantage but not essential.
