Skills and experience
We are looking for a suitable person with solid café/restaurant management experience that can
- Give clear direction during busy service in a calm and friendly manner
- Select, train and supervise a growing team
- Assist in planning menu’s with chefs
- Greet customers, assist in taking orders, checking with customers to assess their satisfaction with the meals and service provided
- Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Has an excellent knowledge of purchasing, POS, rostering and reporting
- Be super organised, a multi-tasker and enjoys responsibility
- Motivate, lead and energise a hardworking team
- Be a positive, passionate and reliable team player willing and capable to work across all aspects of the store
