ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a suitably experienced Head Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and meal delivery service.
We are looking for an adaptable, multi-skilled, reliable staff member who is dedicated to excellence and delivering work of a high quality, consistently. The ability to work within a team, communicate effectively and inspire all staff members to perform their duties to the highest standards is required.
THE HEAD CHEF WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Overseeing the daily operations, processes and output of the kitchen
- Rostering staff within budget requirements and hospital occupancy needs
- Menu reviews
- Maintenance of KPIs
- Stock ordering and supplier negotiations
- Waste Management
- Efficient allocation of resources
- Quality Control and auditing
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Experience within a hospital environment particularly in operational role
- Relevant kitchen qualifications are required
