Purpose:

You will be responsible for creating memorable and impactful experiences for clients in a collaborative, engaging work space that supports their respective business objectives and goals. This will in turn assist in the growing of our community of clients.

Some key accountabilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and potential clients upon entrance
  • Cultivating good, long-term relationships
  • Acting as the point of reference for clients who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
  • Understanding each clients' needs and provide them with personalised solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the business centre
  • Acquiring extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
  • Arranging events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from clients
  • Answering the phone, taking and distributing messages or mail and redirecting calls
  • Responding to complaints and find the appropriate solution
  • Responsibility for the running of allocated areas within the business centre
  • Conducting tours of prospective clients or liaising with colleagues at other locations to conduct tours when required
  • Playing a key role in introducing clients to one another
  • Working with other Victory Offices locations and Area Manager to promote and support our greater community of clients
  • Ensuring Victory Offices' 6 Star Service standards are exceeded, always

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Experience as a concierge, venue coordinator and/or in customer service or similar role
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Polite, calm and confident with a great deal of patience
  • Ability in multitasking and time-management
  • Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
  • High school diploma; degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • An outgoing personality which makes people feel welcomed and part of a cohesive, inclusive group
  • Passion for, and understanding of, entrepreneurial communities
  • Excellent time management skills, with an ability to work autonomously in a busy environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills, ideally with experience in coworking, hotel/hospitality or retail
  • The ability to understand our clients’ businesses and help them make meaningful connections with other community members
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

About You:

You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. You are particularly good at interacting with others and genuinely enjoy meeting new people. You are known as the "go-to" person for clients and love providing excellent, over and beyond "6 Star Service".
