The Union Hotel Newtown is looking for a young and professional chef to join the team. We are looking for a Chef de Partie. We'verecently renovated the pub and the new menu is being received incredibly well.It's a menu built on constantly evolving pub bistro food, plus a range of favourites with a North American Influence.
All candidates must have a strong passion for their craftand enjoy fast past environment. We are open 7 days a week and candidates mustbe flexible with availability.
The right candidate will;
- Be positive and proactive with the ability to think outside the box
- Have good communication skills
- Great preparation skills and able to work under pressure.
- Have the ability to work to a timeline and take direction from senior staff
