An incredibly rare opportunity has arisen at an award winning and trending restaurant that has dominated Adelaide dining scene and outshone the brightest new stars time and time again. 

A role like this is rarer than hens teeth- With a brigade known for promoting from within, we need someone outstanding in both talent and management style to assist at the helm of a highly experienced and long-serving team.
 
The Sous Chef Role:
  • Reporting to and working side by side with an award winning Head Chef
  • Inspire and assist in training a great team
  • Lead sections and stations
  • Maintain high standards at all time
  • Work well under high pressure
  • Ensure top level hygiene and WHS standards
About you:
  • Being a chef is not your job it's your passion!
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster 
  • A team player that supports other team members
  • Ambitious and want to make your mark on Sydney's food scene
You have:
  • Worked on a variety of stations in a busy kitchen
  • A passion and commitment to delivering high quality food 
  • Been a key member of a performing team
  • Must have experience as a Sous Chef and leading a team
