About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Reservations Specialist to join our bubbly and vibrant team. as the first point of contact for our Customers and Travel Agents, our Reservations Team utilise their expert sales skills and extraordinary customer service to qualify and book the perfect journey to Asia; turning everybody who contacts our team into a raving fan!

We are looking for someone who can:

    A day in the life of a Reservations Specialist

    • Consulting with Travel Agents and Direct Customers. This may be either over the phone, via email, webchat and occasionally face-to-face
    • Processing enquiries, bookings and quotes in a timely manner
    • Building rapport and delivering a high level of customer service throughout every interaction with our customers; both internal and external.

    Skills and experience

    • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a travel reservations role
    • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment 
    • A high level of attention to detail is a must
    • Effectively manage bookings and Information requests
    • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service
    • Provide a fast and accurate response to customers' requests
    • Have a bright and energetic disposition
    • It is important that the applicant is self-motivated
    • Work well as part of a team
    • Be able to close sales and meet targets
    • Problem solving and lateral thinking
