The Coffee Club at Rouse Hill & Hornsby is seek seeking 2 individuals to join the team. The individuals to join our team as shift supervisors/team leaders. The ideal applicants will have a track record in Hospitality, Front Of House, food service, Café , Hotel and or fast food.
About the business and role:
Coffee club is located in Rouse Hill Town Centre and one store in Horsnby Westfield. With a growing reputation and a strong focus on food, we are seeking motivated, respectful and friendly individuals who are enthusiastic and enjoy working in a fast paced restaurant. We are seeking full time management staff to fulfill our positions. Applicants will need to have the ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards in customer service.
The successful applicant(s) must be able to apply the following- Good communication skills.- Excellent customer service skills.- Able to multi task.- Ability to work in team environment.- Responsible for enforcing cleanliness, health and safety standards in the kitchen as well as delivering food expectations.- Needs to be reliable and hard working.- Professional attitude and to be able to provide our customers with a high standard of service.- Keeping records of stock, managing and supervising the front of house, tills and financial transactions.- A personable and flexible attitude.- Immaculate presentation.-Willingness to learn.-Team orientated.
To be successful in this role the applicant will need to have the following skills and abilities:
* Some stock control experience including stock take.
* An understanding of OH&S and Food Safety.
* Barista experience idealy but not essential as training will be provided
* Experience in serving customers.
* Knowledge on coffees and cold beverages.
* Utilising good people skills.
* Quick on feet.
* Show initiative and learn quickly.
* Be available to work a flexible rotating roster Monday - Sunday
This is a full time positions with a varied roster covering weekends and nights. Excellent pay conditions, ongoing training and career opportunities. . age is no barrier to us
