HAWTHORN VILLAGE
LEISURE AND LIFESTYLE ASSISTANT
PART TIME POSITION
This is a rare opportunity to join one of Tasmania’s leading aged care providers in this role at our 52 bed aged care facility located at Blackmans Bay.
You will report directly to the Lifestyle Coordinator and deliver lifestyle activities as directed.
The successful candidate will bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to this role, possess exceptional people skills and be genuinely passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents.
To be successful you will need:
- Minimum qualification of Certificate III Aged Care essential;
- Experience in delivering Leisure programs within Aged Care essential;
- Experience with dementia clients essential;
- Certificate IV Lifestyle & Health desirable;
- Medication competency desirable:
All applicants must obtain a police clearance certificate and have full rights to work in Australia.
