EXPERIENCED MOTIVATED BUSINESS / SALES MANAGER

Critical Group is a privately owned Medical Sales and Distribution Business in the Primary Care and Hospital sectors. We have a strong focus on Dermatology products, a comprehensive Suture range and Primary Care products.

We are seeking an experienced motivated Business / Sales Manager who would like to work with the Company and grow the business across a range of sectors. Motivation, past experience, integrity and values , business development, product management and launching of new products into the Australian market place would be an advantage. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to go into the field and sell and execute the business plans will be fundamental.

Key responsibilities

  • Development, preparation and execution of the launch and sales of current new and existing products within the Australian market.
  • Identification of new products which would grow the business.
  • Motivate and work with the sales representatives to assist with product education and sales.
  • Work with the Manufacturers to ensure our business plans are aligned and we achieve the agreed business plans.
  • Cultivate and develop effective business relationships with senior influences and key decision makers across each account.
  • Develop a consistent strategy in relation to pricing, discounting and service provision.
  • Nurture and develop strong relationships with our customer and distributor base.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the objective of working in a professional environment.
  • Manage the annual budget for the sales team.
  • Strong team player but able to work independently.
  • Leadership ability to coach train and mentor other members of the team.
  • Responsible for the quarterly business reviews and quarterly updates with the staff.
  • Provide intelligent and specific sales forecasting and reporting.

 Requirements and Technical skills

  • Comprehensive IT skills an understanding of digital marketing in relation to product launches, B2B sales.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM programmes.
  • Experience and proven track record in delivering the key responsibilities as above.

Remuneration and the ability to earn equity will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
