Are you an enthusiastic Physiotherapist looking return to the workforce or supplement your current work and looking for flexibility? This could be the job for you!

In this role you will be required to:

Provide comprehensive Physiotherapy services to inpatients across medical/rehabilitation and surgical wards as well as the ICU and CCU
Contribute to the weekend physiotherapy roster
Demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning related to assessment, treatment and planning
Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional development
Work independently as well as communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team

The National Capital Private Hospital is a modern, progressive, acute medical, surgical and rehabilitation hospital of 135 beds located in the southern suburbs of Canberra. The hospital has 7 operating theatres, an intensive care unit, coronary care unit, day surgery unit, medical/rehabilitation and surgical wards. The hospital will be undergoing further expansion in 2018/19.

Selection Criteria:

Current physiotherapy registration as recognised by AHPRA
Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously
A strong focus on customer service
Experience in treating acute in patients
ICU skills desirable
