Our client operates a stunning aged care complex on Sydney's Northern Beaches and requires an experienced Facility Manager to oversee this large facility. You will enjoy having like-minded FM's around you as you manage all aspects of this successful home.

• Residential aged care facility located on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney
• Excellent support from a range of specialist staff on this site - Key areas such as ACFI, rosters, clinical governance, education and quality are all taken care of
• Head office is located here - This means a team of passionate executives are on hand to offer support where required (without being intrusive!)
• NO on-call! The night staff here will take care of this

• Attractive salary on offer in the area of $140,000

The Role: Reporting to your area manager you will focus your time on ensuring a smooth running aged care home. You will manage finances & budgets, build a strong care team, ensure a great culture, provide exceptional care, oversee maintenance and the overall operations.


Your Experience: We are looking for a suitably experienced Facility Manager who can confidently manage a large residential aged care facility.
You will have - 

• RN Qualifications
• Current AHPRA Registration
• A background managing RAF's
• Proven track record in Aged Care management/ leadership
• Experience directing & motivating care staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with ACFI, Aged Care legislation & Accreditation 
• Experience with continuous improvement
