We are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Associate to join the Brisbane GMS team at our Kelvin Grove Pharmacy. The role entails delivering time critical radiopharmaceuticals to customers around Brisbane as well as a mix of onsite/Laboratory based tasks.
Tasks include but are not limited to;
- Accurate labelling, packing of radiopharmaceuticals
- Preparing required shipping documents, placards, dangerous goods declarations, customer labels and delivery bags
- Cleaning and sanitizing items for next production cycle including; shielding, trays and pots
- Disposal of returned materials following waste management procedures, including safe radiation disposal
- Daily housekeeping, hygiene and cleaning practices in line with GMP
- Control of general inventory items
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Must be able to work on a rotating roster
- Be able to work a varying start time from 3am – 10am
- A strong work ethic and team spirit
- Good attention to detail
- A current driver's license
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good level of physical fitness (must be able to lift 15-20 kg)
- Medical delivery experience preferred but not essential
A pre-employment medical examination will be part of the recruitment process. All successful candidates will need to provide a current police clearance.
