Opportunties are available for experienced Registered Midwives to join maternity services within the birthing suite, nursery, neonatal and antenatal/postnatal units.
Positions will be offered on a permanent, temporary and casual basis, with hours being negotiated with the successful candidates. Flexibility is required to cover a variety of am shifts, as well as participate in the on-call roster.
The successful candidate will have:
- An ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Midwife.
- Recent clinical experience in maternity is essential.
- An ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Well-developed skills in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving.
- A commitment to personal and professional development.
