A recognised and ever-present player in the worldwide orthopaedics market, they provide a range of highly competitive solutions to repair fractures, restore joint function across most of the major and subset specialities in muscular-skeletal health.
About the role
- With future territory growth in mind, they are seeking to identify and appoint a driven and motivated Territory Manager with a confident mix of orthopaedics or surgical territory management accomplishments in Perth.
- In this territory, you'll be working as part of a combined clinical, sales and operations team who are focused on driving sales and clinical activities in WA.
- Your role will be to generate and manage the relationships with the key stakeholders involved in large joint surgery ( hip and knee arthroplasty ) in a heavy growth influenced role - this will be more "hunting" than "farming" through continuous OR-based support and presence in your hospital accounts will also impact on successful clinical and sales outcomes.
Experience needed
- Degree qualified in sciences, nursing or business you'll be able to bring a highly successful sales track record secured within the medical surgical device industry, specifically orthopaedics.
- Proven methodology and process in sales skills - territory management planning and execution ideally in situations where challenging objectives and goals have been surpassed
- Solid and demonstrable technical understanding of theatre selling and clinical case support, preference being orthopaedics hip or knee but could be trauma, spine, sports medicine, extremities
- Passionate, engaging personality and you have a way of building trust, rapport and connections at all levels to help move towards and beyond each of your goals
- Willingness to support the team, go the extra mile and cover some out of hours or on-call to help customers.
