We are currently seeking applications for Registered Nurse Division 2 (Endorsed Enrolled Nurses) to join the casual pool at our newly built, 80 bed Werribee facility that is co located within the hospital grounds. As a casual employee, we require you to be available over the full roster period - mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights, both weekdays and weekends. Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist residents with a strong focus on person centred care.

To be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate:

  • Prior clinical experience;
  • An experience in Autumn care (desirable);
  • A Nursing Registration certificate with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency;
  • The ability to provide clinical practice and care that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation;
  • Experience in behaviour management
  • Skills and knowledge required to complete clinical documentation;
  • The ability to inspire other staff and exhibit leadership qualities;
  • The ability to apply Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) knowledge;
  • Excellent time management and bedside skills;
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
