About the role :
Fresenius Kabi Australia is excited to be launching Enteral Nutrition into the NSW marketplace and requires an enthusiastic and passionate Specialist Representative to join our NSW Sales Team. Reporting to the Business Manager NSW/ACT, this position will be responsible for  maximising the sales within the Enteral Nutrition product portfolio in the NSW South Region.

Key Accountabilities include:
  • Achieve sales budget according to assigned goals and analyse sales performance metrics for ongoing improvement
  • Develop and use consultative selling and negotiation skills to enhance performance and capitalise on sales opportunities
  • In consultation with your Manager, plan the field activity based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximise results
  • Develop territory and account plans detailing appropriate strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities
  • Manage all elements relating to planning and delivery of promotional activities (e.g. meetings) in line with Territory Action Plan, customer objectives and within designated promotional budget, regulatory requirements and available resources
  • Achieve assigned territory management KPIs as identified in objectives

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience within hospitals, preferably in Enteral Nutrition or Parental Nutrition
  • Tertiary qualifications in Dietetics or Nutrition
  • Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program (Code of Conduct) is preferrable
  • MS Office
  • Product and Hospital Knowledge is desirable
  • Current Drivers License and the willingness to travel within NSW/ACT
