The role

You will work in the community with a mainly paedatric caseload. You will be required too

• Assess and understand client needs and develop multidisciplinary and/or transdisciplinary service recommendations (as appropriate) to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective services within defined funding parameters.
• Deliver high quality, best practice clinical services for clients with a broad range of needs and complexities to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Manage a diverse mix of clients; adapt service delivery solutions to ensure meaningful outcomes. Efficiently and effectively manage and plan the delivery of services to achieve performance targets and quality client outcomes.
• Provide funding bodies with evidence based information to support individual clients to secure appropriate funding and resources.
• Provide local peer support to clinicians to enhance client outcomes and to build the competence and capability of the team.
• Identify opportunities to attract and retain clients to support the growth and sustainability of the business.
• Complete client documentation and administrative obligations in line with organisational policies and procedures to ensure reporting requirements are update-to-date and accurate.

Essential criteria

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Full AHPRA registration)
• All Candidates will be considered
• Candidates with previous paedatric experience will be highly regarded
