Longreach Hospital, Central West Hospital and Health Service. Comprising salary between $107,804 - $117,037 p.a.; (Nurse Grade 7); employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%); Permanent Full Time; Applications will remain current for 12 months.
Duties / Abilities: The Nurse Unit Manager is a senior level clinical manager, accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of clinical practice, nursing leadership and the provision of human and material resources within Longreach Hospital. The Nurse Unit Manager provides leadership and direction to other nursing staff and is responsible for implementing plans related to safe; consumer focused clinical care, professional development of staff and financial accountability.
