Service Manager - Aged Care/Community - Eastern Suburbs

An opportunity exists in a progressive NFP organisation within the Community sector- Aged Care/Disability. As the Service Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the centre. You will oversee all of the operations, recruitment, staff management, complaints management, improvement strategies and support of staff. You will oversee CHCP and HACC as well as NDIS clients to ensure a high standard of service is being delivered to clients.

To be successful you will be:

• Experience managing a team within CHCP + HACC
• NDIS (desirable) 
• Experience working within client service management system 
• Effective communication, both verbal and written, including report writing
• High level of problem solving skills 
• Ability to prioritise tasks and follow through to completion
• Ability to work as a team
