To be able to apply for this role you will have:
Essential:
- Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or self-regulated professional body.
- Proven ability to lead a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Sound knowledge and practical experience working with people who are ageing from an enablement, restorative and wellbeing perspective
- Understanding of case coordination, multidisciplinary teamwork and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal orientated care plans
- Proven achievements to promote quality and safety in the workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and promote change and contribute positively to workplace culture.
- Confident and skilled clinician, able to engage and motivate consumers, families, staff and stakeholders.
- Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement for allied health professionals).
- Unrestricted Drivers License.
