The Position
We currently have roles for committed and experienced Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) at our beautiful Rosebrook Aged Care facility located in Rosebud. We have a number of roles available across multiple shifts providing you with great flexibility and enabling you to achieve a work/life balance. Full-time hours are also available if required.
Your responsibilities will include working with the nursing team to deliver excellent care to our residents. We provide a person centred approach, which involves listening, thinking together, sharing ideas and seeking feedback from our residents. By working this way, we aim to give our residents the best possible care and ensure their personal goals and needs are respected and supported.
About You
You will find fulfilment in making a difference in the lives of the elderly. You will be compassionate and sensitive to the needs of our residents. Having the ability to build meaningful and respectful relationships with our residents and their families is important as well as contributing to a fun and supportive team.
The Location
Rosebrook is located in Rosebud at the base of Arthur's Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Recently renovated, it has the enviable reputation of been a highly sought after aged care residence. Closely forged connections to the wider community contribute to the welcoming vibe of this special aged care residence.
